Business Analysis EssentialsTM is an intoductory course to business analysis. It covers analysis, inter-personal communication, business case development and the analyst's role in a project.
This course has been endorsed by the "International Institute of Business Analysis" (IIBA®) against the current official version (i.e. version 2.0) of "A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge®" (BABOK® Guide). Delegates earn 18.5 CDUs (Program code E120-01) by completing this course.

Target audience:
