Business Analysis Essentials

Course Description
The Business Analysis Essentials Training Course covers analysis, communication, business case development and the analyst's role. This course is principally targeted at Analysts, Business Analysts and Systems' Analysts but is also appropriate for Project Managers who develop their own business cases.
The course is specifically designed to develop a delegate's competency in the techniques and skills covered. This competency is formally assessed.
The training is experiential with a high degree of individual direction which is achieved through small class sizes.

Course Delivery
The Business Analysis Essentials Training Course is delivered either as an in-house or public presentation.
In-house presentations can be tailored to site specific requirements (e.g. systems' delivery processes, business analyst role).
The number of delegates is capped at ten (10) per presentation.
