Course Description |
||
| Effective project management is a critical factor in ensuring the success of a project. The project manager's job is rich and complex mixing as it does both soft and hard skills in both technical and non-technical areas. | ||
| This training course provides an introduction to the art and science of project management. It is aimed at the project manager starting their career and individuals planning to take up or requiring an understanding of the role. | ||
| It is a pragmatic course providing a well-rounded view of the project manager's role within the context of the lifecycle of a project. This context provides delegates with a sound mental model for structuring their understanding of the role and their ongoing refinement of that understanding. | ||
| This training course compliments the 'Business Analysis Training course'. | ||
| See the Course Overview for an outline of the course content. |
|
||
| The 'Project Management Essentials' training course is delivered over three days as either as an in-house presentation or as a public presentation. | ||
| In-house presentations can be tailored to reflect site-specific requirements (e.g. frequency of sessions, project management process, targeted content). | ||
| The number of delegates is capped at a maximum of 10 per presentation. |
