Effective project management is a critical factor in ensuring the success of a project. This training course provides an introduction to the art and science of project management.
It is a pragmatic course providing a well-rounded view of the project manager's role within the context of the lifecycle of a project. This context provides delegates with a sound mental model for structuring their understanding of the role and their ongoing refinement of that understanding. This training course compliments the Business Analysis Essentials training course.

Target audience:

  • Individuals planning to or starting a career in project management.
  • Junior project managers requiring formal training.
  • Individuals requiring an understanding of project management.
The course is specifically designed to develop a delegate's competency in the techniques and skills covered. The training is experiential with a high degree of individual direction which is achieved through small class sizes (i.e. maximum 10 delegates).
